I had used a different realtor to try and sell my house a few years before I met Ramona. My house did not sell. Then I hired Ramona the second time I decided to put my house on the market. I also bought two properties with Ramona. One is the house I currently live in and the other is a rental property. Again, both purchases went smoothly.
